Hello, my name is Sebastian Klama and I am the owner of Grin & Grind Stump Removal Massachusetts / Eastern Connecticut. I am an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter for the state of Rhode Island and a seventeen-year Air Force veteran. I have always dreamed of running my own business and I have found my niche in stump grinding. I put a huge focus on the happiness of my customers and believe that not enough companies follow this customer-first model, and I’m here to change that. I am looking forward to working with you. Kyle Waters
Hi there! My name is Kyle, and I’m the proud owner of Grin & Grind RI. I’m a firefighter for the fantastic City of Warwick and a member of the National Guard, part of the world’s greatest military! I’m always passionate about bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive mindset to everything I do. Entrepreneurship has always been a deep interest of mine, which is why I partnered with Sebastian and launched the Grin & Grind RI division.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in stump grinding and am always eager to explore new opportunities for growth and learning. I am deeply passionate about helping others and always put my customers first. Whether I’m working with clients or colleagues, I believe in providing personalized, thoughtful solutions that truly address their needs and exceed expectations.
